Use the location information of a CARRIER and the communications between a CARRIER and a user to determine if the cancellation prices are fair or have been obtained fraudulently. For example, if with this information we can determine that a user has delayed the collection of a MOVE in order to generate a cancellation, we will not charge the cancellation price to the user, but we will adjust the amounts that we have paid to the CARRIER to omit that price. If you do not agree with the setting, please contact Mudame customer support.

Share data with emergencies (for users only)
Users who allow Mudame to collect location data from their mobile devices can also activate the Share data with emergencies feature which transmits this information to police, fire and ambulance services.
